your nearest lfs should have some small silvers. or you could buy them online. most online stores have silvers instock but blacks need to be searched for.
 
I would like to find 1 or 2 black aro's and in general i was wondering if there were anyplaces that sold them
 
Probably your best bet is to ask one of your local better aquarium shops order in a few for you. I bet you could find them available on line (aqua-bid, etc.) but the shipping will add lots of money to the price. They are not as readily available as the silvers but I know they are available. A couple of the importers I deal with have had them within the last couple weeks.
