like the tittle said i ran out of pellets and i only have flakes for african cichlids it ate it once but i want to know if he would be health eatting it?

flakes are a cheaper alternative to pellets. its fine, i wouldnt feed it long term on flakes, flakes are NEVER a good long term food, no matter what brand. Pellets the way to go.

i know it never eats anything else well once lobster but thats it, all it does is kills fish bigger then him he just killed my peacock bass but not my 13 inch pleco LOL
kinda strange that a 5 inch aro is that aggressive. what species of aro is it? I've had silver and jar in the past and a black now, none of them were aggressive at all when 5 inches.
