arowana eye scratches

hey guys i notice my jardini arowana had a scratch in one of his eyes last night and today i checked again and both his eyes look scratched. looks like lines on the lens on his eyes. is there a reason for this? please let me know any input would be helpful.

i tried to get pics but my camera phone is not great.

no sharp objects. only heater and filter hose

water changes bro, they usually heal quickly in clean water. Possible it scratched of hoses or heater. Whats the temp and water parameters like?

Does it eat food of the bottom of the tank?

Maybe at night, it cant see n freak out. Get led blue light
