Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...

Do you do water changes?
Yes

About one month ago i bought a blue base crossback Arowana.
He is 13/14 inches at the moment.
He has got some fin damage from transportation.
The most part of the fins are already growing back.
But in some areas they do not seem to grow.
It looks like if the fin ray is growing but the rest not.
Is there anything i can do?
Or is it normal and only takes time?

It might fully recover but it’s looking like the cut did too much damage to the rays and it’s only healing and not regrowing fully. You could try salt or melafix and keep your water absolutely pristine but it’s looking pretty healed over like that’s pretty much how it’s going to stay. Once the aro gets bigger it’ll be harder to notice tho

usually transportation might Rip a fin but chunking isn’t normal. You need a bite to take a chunk out. I’d argue the vendor sent you one that got nipped in their care and request a partial refund

Very strange to me.
The damage was only at the outside end of the fins.
I have seen arowana which almost lost the complete tail and fully recovered.
