Arowana fin looks weird! Please look?

I just noticed this a few minutes ago, i've had this arowana for a couple of days now and it seems to be eating and doing just fine. Just want to know why his one fin has some black on it and why it looks a little rough. Thanks! Tell me what you think! Damn aro moves too much lol, look at the right fin.....

Tank mates? To me, it looks like the fin is healing. Do you have drift wood in your tank?

i have had all together all my aro's from 3 inch and bigger, and the little silvers always get the black on there fins and it goes away as they grow i think its just like color that have that goes away as they grow... i would not b worried cause all my silvers have had it and it went away

ok whew! My fish never get sick, I use aquarium salt and do a 20% water change everyday....This is my first arowana so i really wasn't sure what to expect when i saw this, and no i don't have any driftwood, just a fake hollow log lol

Yea i checked his fin today and its back to normal lol, kinda odd
