Arowana has a broken Pectoral fin

Hi. my friend's arowana just jumped out of the tank and landed on the floor. He picked up his arowana and put it back into the water as quickly as he could. but then he notices that it has a broken Pectoral fin. I'll post a picture under this.
How can my friend fix this fin. and is it even possible for it to be healed?
Please help!!!!

Can't fix it. Though it will grow back over the next few weeks.

unless there is an actual open wound that may become infected, melafix is not needed.

No melafix is required ! To many times people go for the chemical fix when it's not needed. It will grow back, but it may not be straight. Keep good clean stable water. If it has some damaged scales, you can add a little salt to the tank.
