I have a silver arowana, 18"+/-. Two days ago the arowana and an oscar both jumped for the same piece of food and banged their heads together. Ever since, the arowana has been holding its mouth open. Immediately after the collision, the arowana was also stretching its mouth or yawning. Has anyone experienced anything similar? It was too fast for me to see how they collided, maybe the aro was accidentally bitten by the oscar, I don't know. Any ideas as to what happened?
