Arowana is sick

My Arowana is currently sick. He has whiteish\yellowish sort of pimples on only one side of his body and his tail. His apetite is still normal and his movements are also normal. I was thinking in the line of yellow cysits, but not shure. Please assist. Please find attached photos to assist.

yo you may wanna start checking your water change regime ya, do fill me in

white spots ? or some sort of parasite infection ? if so add salt....look closer to see it there are thread like worms sticking out from the spots.

Looks like a bacterial infection most likely due to poor water quality.
