Ask person who sold fish to you what it has been eating! Fish take time to eat new food if not used to it!
Does it eat floating pellets?
Otherwise, try fresh prawns, oysters, dried krill, beef heart (must remove all fat), etc.

Just take all the skin off of the prawns or shrimp.
You have to train your fish to eat food like that sometimes.
