What’s up guys. Planning on playing some musical chairs with my fish and am wondering if you guys think it’ll be ok to mix 6-8” Caquetaia Myersi into my 600 where my 32” Silver Arowana resides. I’ve seen people keep aros with medium sized cichlids before but wanted to ask if anyone here has direct experience? I don’t want them to be eaten.
I thee my trio of Astronotus Crassipinnis in their with the aro when they were 8” and had no issues but these Myersi are a bit smaller.
Below is a pic of the Myersi. Also a separate video of the tank with the aro.
The kels dont molest smaller fish for some reason. They don’t even recognize them as good. The intermedia will be sold off.
