arowana not eating?

hey i just got a 6inch silver aro
and he is not eating i have tried blood worm,pellet,beef heart, crickets and still no response is there away to entice him to feed?

how long ago did you put him in a tank, he may just be stressed

Freeze dried krill or shrimp might help. Just make sure you break it up small and break up the tail.

hi its only been 3 days
i didnt know fish could go that long with out food a couple weeks i thought he would have died

some fish can go up to 2 months with no food...probably not an aro though. if it ignored crickets, Id say just stop feeding for a day or two and just leave the aro alone. It might still be aclimatizing to its new home.

its nice to find a place where people know what they are talking about, i had also put some guppies and tetras(white clouds) in to hope he ate them but they are still swimming around.
