Woke up to see this flower like thing floating in my Arowana tank and I can’t get my head around what it is, if it came from his body or from somewhere outside does anyone know what this could be from the pictures I’ve attached?

My tank water temp normally fluctuates between 29°c to 31°c so never really had a parasite issue as such. Yes I'll wait and monitor his behavior.
