ok so my 5" baby silver doesnt eat and he's in a 55gallon tank and i was wondering if i can move him to my 200 gallon tank with 4 pacus? 3 of them are small abt 6" and the other is abt 12" they eat anything but wierdly not the baby feeders in the tank it was grown for the arowana bt they dont eat them. can i put my arowana in the tank?? what do you think?:)

I wouldn't recommend putting the arowana with anything until it's 10-11".

If you move him to the other tank he will probably be fine but that will just cause stress and he definitely won't eat. Try feeding him crickets, bloodworms, earthworms, beef heart, or feeder fish (NOT goldfish). He will have to eat something so good luck.

let him acclimate/settle in to his new home.
leave lights off and have temps around 80"F.
after a day try feeding. if your feeding pellets
try feeding live brine shirmp and blood worms
instead of the pellets. and as it gets bigger
you can gradually switch to different foods &
feed a more varied diet. do not feed arowanas
that small crickets unless they were just hatched
and have no shell... and DO NOT put in with the
bigger fishes. leave it in the 55g until it gets bigger.
