would an arowana be a suitable pond mate for 2 pacu 6" and growing fast, 2 oscars 12", 1 clown knife 20-22" and 1 venezuelan pike still in grow out? possibly adding more oscars or pacu if need to rescue some arises. arowana seem like they would be good pond fish, swim middle to top and large enough to view easily.

Larger silvers, 14" and above would likely have no problems with any of those fish. There is a chance of those fish spooking the aro, making it jump, so you would need to prevent the aro from jumping out of your pond.

i have alot of grow out spots, multiple sections of ponds. good info, what would be a good price for a 15" or for a 5"

there's a barrier around the pond that hopefully would be enough. is 10-12" plus plants.

Don't doubt the jumping ability of a silver aro. You don't want your prized fish to be found on the floor some day. You could always put a see through net over the top of the pond.

Aro must be bigger than 15" and there must be cover to prevent the aro being jumped out the pond.....

i guess ill just have to wait till next year when i build my new indoor pond. ill put plexi glass sheets over the top as a lid.
