Arowana pond

I may build an indoor pond soon but I want to buy and put in 4-5 Asian arowanas what happens when they breed and lay eggs and hatch?
Am I allowed to sell the babies?or they must be destroyed?
Since they must be chipped and certificate so how does thes work? Thanks
