arowana puked after eating

hi,

my silver aro just puked the food it ate yesterday night. is this normal or should i be concerned. i have never seen this happen in the 3 years i have had aros nor i have heard of this. should i be worried?

id check your parameters first before you do a water change... what did you feed him or did you change his diet in anyway?

no fed him the same cut up pieces of fish fillet..didint change the diet..the arowana looks normal by its movements..n it ate yesterday night n puked it tonite..so its been a whole day

probably something upset its stomach? a WC and some salt should be ok for precautions... hope all goes well

It happens occasionally with my aros, just never know which one it was. I would worry about it.

Was the fish fillet fresh enough.. how long was it store in the freezer? i hope everything is back to normal.. any updates?

yes the fillet was in the freezer for 3 days..thats normal..i usually bring the supplies for a week and feed them.. the aro seems normal to me..but i am keeping an eye on it at the moment..

Check your tank temperature...

tank temperature is the same as it was yesterday..i live in dubai so its really hot in here and the temperatures dont fluctuate that much
