I was just wondering how many arowanas you can mix, and how many can be in a tank together... right now i have a black 14inch and silver 24+inch... want to add more silvers... anyone have experience with alot of arows?:WHOA:

In general, having more aros is supposed to disperse and thus reduce aggression in aro comm tanks. However, there are some aros that will be bast*rds no matter what the situation, so it's just basically down to the individual personality of the fish.

Silvers and blacks are supposed (in general once again) to be more placid than the other species, but their problem is their max potential size and the size of tank/pond required to house them for life.

How big is your tank?

i have a 600 gallon pond... if you look at my previous posts, the pictures of it are there... plenty of room... please look at pics and let me know.. i was goin try five altogether.. and see what happens.. but wanted advice

I think you could do it, but the size differences might be an issue. I would have started with all five or so at the same size and at a young age to better the chances of a comm. aro tank. good luck!
