Went to the lfs today to get some ghost shrimp and saw this guy in with a payara and a dead feeder. The tank was filthy:(












I have him in a divided 55 to see if he makes it and then he will be going into the 100g I had sitting around for my next project. Then I get to upgrade :D


I had the shop owner drop in some freeze dried krill and he attacked it, so I decided to take him. The price was dropped 75% , so I think it was worth it. Not too sure if he will pull through, but he was trying to eat so thats a good sign anyway.

Theres a 2-3'' Silver at my LFS, I want to get it but it would have to go in my 35G, wich it would just outgrow VERY quickly.

Should I get it anyways?
I have 2x 4'' IT's in the tank right now... would they mess with him?
