Hi , I just change my tank water a week ago , however today i realize my fish is losing some of its scale especially the tail part.

Any idea why this could happen , and solution to this ?

Ps : thers also an oscar in the tank however the oscar is small and looks fine with no scale problem.IMG_2567.JPGIMG_2578.JPGIMG_2581.JPG

I don't see any loose scales but the picture looks really strange. Maybe it's the camera angle but the aro looks like it doesn't;t have a stomach. Can you take better pictures of the scales and also a picture of his stomach?

Update???

Terribly sorry for delaying.
I've search through this forum and found out that the tank anti-chlorin levels could be high.

Did full tank water change and reduce amoutn of anti-chlorine.
Been few weeks, and the fish gills and tails starts to heal by its own.
Fish getting healthy day to day.

will post the progress on this wednesday and after that mods can close the thread.
tq.
