Hey all,

I am getting back into the hobby, after a break. I lost my green arowana "Mike" after many years, and couldn't face replacing him. But now 5 years on i am ready ( quite a grieving process haha). So I am going to import my own asian arowana into the uk, partly to source a really high quality RTG (red tailed gold) and partly because i will be selling arowana online too. So if you are based in the UK and want awesome legal asian arowana for reasonable prices, watch my posts ;-). Anyway I digress, so i have used loads of external canisters before but i am wondering whether to use 1. 2 canisters to filter or 2. Build a sump. The stock tank will measure 6' x 2' x2, so about 750 litre or 175us gallons (i think).

I would love to hear opinions or good sump construction recipes.

Thanks guys,

Guy
