Could anyone post photos of their arowana aquariums so that I could get some inspiration on how to set it up again?
After 5 years of keeping my silver arowana and other fishes, I'm slowly getting bored of the way the aquarium looks. Currently it's bare bottomed (for ease of cleaning) and it just has a small-ish rock with a few fake plants in the middle. Really boring.
It's a 6ft (length) x 2ft (width) x 3ft (height) tank, and I currently have 1 silver arowana, 2 flowerhorns (Really aggressive fish but they've been alright for the past 2 years) and one other fish, forgot what it is called..
I used to have silica sand as a substrate but it wasn't the easiest to keep clean, although I could be persuaded to use sand again if it is worth the hassle.
I need suggestions on how to make it look more exciting. Ornaments? Drift wood? Rocks etc? And maybe even suggestions on what other fishes to put in there?
Any suggestions or photos for inspiration are welcome.
