I have an aro in 15 Inches my tank is only showing ammonia .5
No nitrite or nitrate he said that tank is way far away from established is that true ?

He gave me some very very very dirty filter gunk stuff he told me to dump all that in its like dark brown he told me to dump
That in
He said te ammonia will spike and they fish may die so should I add the gunk? Or just do water changes every few days ?
Tank has been cycled for 28 days so
What should I do?!? Thanks bros please help!!!

As I suggested in your other thread in the aro forum, it sounds like you really need to do some research and learn about the nitrogen cycle and how biological filtration works. That way instead of doing things simply because people tell you to do them, you will have enough knowledge to know WHY you should do things and make the decisions for yourself.

This is a good starting point as it covers the basics of the Nitrogen Cycle; http://www.fishlore.com/NitrogenCycle.htm
After reading that you should be able to answer your own question about dumping a big bag of waste into your tank.

And I think I've already said this before, but I'll say it again anyway; the only thing that truly cycles an aquarium is TIME. Be patient.

Hey I just read it so there is no need to put the bag in I think?

I can do it slowy feed it every few days and do water changes every 2/3 days
But my only question is will my Asian aro be good and survive till the tank is established ? Thx pls reply back

My advice would be little and often water changes , make sure you treat the water before topping up and try to keep temp change to a Min at all times , good luck

After with the water chnages I dose with prime to remove clorine
And I does with stabilty seachem
After that to put bacteria back in

That's about all you can do without causing drastic changes that will make things worse , little and often will make sure its a gradual process causing less shock and harm to your aro
