Arowana tankmate friendly Divider.

Hi,

I'm planning to modify my Arowana's Acrylic divider,
Currently i have 2 8 foot tanks with 2 arowanas each separated by an acrylic divider, I've uploaded the current divider, I'm planning to use a jigsaw to cut a notch below, so the tankmates can pass from 1 side to another side, while still separating the 2 arowanas. Need opinions on this.
Any ideas or better design for a divider? I posted thread here as I want it still to work as divider for my arowanas and also be safe for them?
the first figure is how the divider looks like now. the corner has been cut to let the clownloaches pass, but they are getting bigger.

Nice SR dude, I don't see why the divider would do any harm, do you plan on commuting these two later w more aros? You should they look awesome

thanks I currently have 6 Asian aros. but they differ in size. I'm not sure if i'll be mixing them , I currently have 3 SR, might have to get 2 more to make a 5 SR comm
