Hi guys,
I recently purchased a 10 inch Blue base cross back Asian Arowana. I've been snooping around various threads on how to enhance the colour of one, and a main point I've observed is tanning using a tanning light. However I've seen conflicting opinions on use of a tanning light, with some saying a golden arowana has no need for tanning, and will develop colours on its own, rather than a super red or other colouration of arowana. Another topic I want answers to is the best light to accompany a BBXB, would a blue or yellow light mixed with white light highlight the colours of the fish? Or would it be similar to just using a normal white light.
Thanks.
