arowana tongue

i just got bit by my aro today, the bite was nothing it just scare me but the tongue did do some damage, can someone post a pic of an aro tongue?

I used to let my 24, 26 inch sivler aro bit me once in a while before he passed away. The tongue wasn't the problem, it was the fact that my finger would get cut from his sharp mouth along the sides. It was worse than a paper cut, my finger would bleed and scab up but it wasn't nothing to cry over.

I have pics of goldfish getting sliced in half by the aro during feeding, those were good times lol

The arowana (and others) family name is Osteoglossidae, which means "bony tongue" in Latin. The South American arowana genus is Osteoglossum.
