First off is the two baby blacks that are forming a pair. They have been moved to a 85g bare bottom tank, not alot of cover.
These two have become inseparable, always by each others side. These two are in the 5-6" range

The other two blacks have been moved to the 55g planted tank.
Hoping the better water quality will result in a little quicker growth

This guy is recovering well from the short stint with the pair.
Fins are regrowing but I still can't tell if the tail will grow back. He
is eating well and about 4-4.5" long.

This is the smallest of the four at 4-4.5" but eats well. He had
to recover from a beating from the now tailless tank mate of his. He
had also lost his tail but it has fully grown back.

The silvers a doing well in the 450g but have yet to eat(it's been a week since they were moved). The
black has become a bit more aggressive of an eater since being with the silvers. The minor
injuries the silver got during the move are healing well.

Thanks all :)

Brian, thanks for posting pics of that amazing 400+ tank! Those silver aros almost make that tank look small from that angle in the first pic of that tank. But, since I've seen that tank in person, I know they have plenty of room. (The other pics certainly confirm that this is a spacious tank). Also, I totally dig the south american theme. Those geos look amazing!

Man, I didn't realize the other baby black lost it's tail too. I thought that you were referring to the smallest one that had lost its tail before. I hope this baby black grows it's tail back too just like it's smaller brother.
