Arowana With Fin Rot?

Hey everyone, quick question for you...

I just got my Aro and he's in my 20 gallon quarantine tank with a clown loach and an orange crayfish. Does this look like fin rot? Or is it a possibility the crayfish took a snap at him? It doesn't really look like fin rot pictures I've seen, but doesn't hurt to ask. I did a 20-25% water change and added some salt.
