is it safe to keep guarmis with your arowana? i've ben looking at some guarmis latley and they look like nice fish but idk if i should put them in with my arowana...

The arowanas not big hes maybe 4-5" max the guarmis are about 3" im just trying to find a fish thats not gona pick on my arowana

Clown knifes go well, bichirs, rays, some SA cichlids, eels, and anything big enough not to fit in its mouth.
he cannot have rays he is in florida and he can only catch them and he said he cant go for a couple weeks
im adding 2 cks in the future and i was thinking about bichirs but my tanksetup isent sad so i dident wana get the bichirs and the rays wont do well considering they arent allowed here ..
chichlids though kinda make me nervus because they will nip at him no?
and im getting 2 rays in like 3 weeks from a spring.. but they wont go in my 120gallon considering its gravel and not sand

Cichlids will pick on them for a while, but when the aros get big enough watch out. I had a pair of breeding cons in my tank once, and the female charged an aro, and got munched.
