I'm interested in monster fish keeping. As a start I bought a Arowana.It's a baby.about 5" or 6". I want to know how many times per day I should feed him??

Don't feed it chicken. Try to get him on pellets (Hikari Foodsticks). Life will be much easier.
feed them brine shrimp and bloodworms until they put some weight and size on them then
try to get them on pellets. u can use garlic guard or similar products to soak the pellets in
them and it will entice the arowana to eat it making it easier to use pellets as a staple food.
