Arowana?

Hey I found this guy on Craigslist selling some "Jardini" what's up with this should i check him out?? I really want one of these fish but I feel conflicted about this situation? Like is their any way this is real how is this guy breeding keeping or getting these guys from "Australia" like he said before I had to crop his post? Doesn't "Australia" regulate these fish as they do with all their exports and imports of fish in out out of the country? Also lets just say I did get one of these "jardini" what size tank would I need for this arowana and also what would be a basic setup for housing a guy like this as well as some info on basic care like water parameters, temp, feeding, etc.
finally WTF is this guy thinking? What would happen if he got caught selling these "jardini" as well as what would happen if someone got caught keeping one?

I had a feeling as he posted a picture of a Asian arowana but said jardini this guy posted so many times it's ridiculous the whole thing seemed fishy. I really wish I stumbled across one on accident I would probably low key buy it and never say anything to anyone. Lol I was just confused as to why this was up and weather or not to be confused and move on or check out the "jardini" so I just took a screenshot earlier and then posted it here I honestly feel like this guy probably sells jardini and just uses these pics to get people as the Asian arowana are much more beautiful in color and body shape but then again I'm never sure on Craigslist I've seen some crazy **** before so I thought I'd ask. And just wondering what happens if some poor guy who actually got as Asian aro on accident gets caught im sure people have had endanged animals before that were sold to them as something else would this be illegal and on who's end the seller or the buyer it seems like both but I'm just saying like you legit ordered a fish online and got something else? Not that it would happen with these but just a hypothetical?

I've seen this ad and related thousands of times on CL all across the nation and Canada.

They are abusing CL (which is supposed to be just for local dealings, no monies sent = less scam and cheating) but anyhow... at the face value the ads appear more or less sensible if one overlooks poor English and inconsistent info.

But, I am sure they will ask you to pay first, fish second. A huge no-no in such an informal financial transaction. Plus, I think they are not on Ebay, Aquabid, etc., which to me says no name = scammers.

Never, ever send money to anyone on CL. CL is meant for exchanging money and goods on-sight, right here and now.
