Arowanas in washington/seattle area?

Does anyone know where to get arowanas in the washington/seattle area? I've seen sierra fish and pets had some but they were silver. Does anyone know where to get any that are other than that? Also what can I expect to pay for them?

QT in chnatown
liams in chinatown
aquarium paradise in lakewood

prices vary but for aro's chinatown is proboably cheapest.

i guess sometimes i take my lfs for granted.. i know others have to hunt everwhere for a good Arowana or any arowana.. while places like Cali, Michigan, Florida dont have this problem...

Right now all i want to find is a afroarowana.. heard that during summer time.. they come in season??

No where in the states is hard to get good fish, you have the opportunity to mail-order all sorts of great fish off people so make the most of it. Anyone who makes a "is this a good price for a XXX" thread should come live in Australia or NZ for a few years where half of the stuff thats commonly available is either ridiculously expensive or not even available!



Yeah I know we can get asian aros and you guys cant, but I'd trade them for rays, pbass, bichirs, anything from Rapps or Toyin etc...
