Arowanas parameters?

I checked ph and it was at 7.0-7.2. Ammonia is at 0ppm. Nitrites also at 0 but nitrates are in between 5-10 ppm is this bad if so how do I lower the nitrates?

your parameters are fine. If you are ocd and want nitrates to read 0 or close to it, get some plant filtration as well. ie pothos.

Alright yea kind of OCD when it comes to my kids aha. And I can purchase these plant filtration at petsmart?

everything is fine, a little bit of nitrates means your cycle is working as it should.

0 nitrates is usually a bad sign.
