Help! We believe our Silver Arowana has hemorrhagic septicemia (and our jardini has it as well but not as bad).

On Monday we had an outbreak of Ich in our tank that we believe was caused by an accidental drop in temperature (the tank got down to 70 and is normally around 78 or above). We did a 50% water change and brought the temperature in the tank up to 82.

The next day (Tuesday) we added salt and Melafix.

By Wednesday everyone was looking better and almost completely clear (except the Jardini, who had the worse case of Ich).

Thursday during the day we noticed that the Silver Arowana had some scales that looked like they were decomposing and you could see red blood vessels under them. The fins also had some red streaks in them. We noticed similar symptoms with the Jardini. At this point both fish had stopped eating and were lethargic. (No heavy breathing). We dosed the tank with RidIch by Kordon. There was an ammonia level of .25

Friday we dosed with RidIch again, and the scales on the Silver are even worse and more of them are deteriorating (now at least 70% of the scales are thin and you can see red in them).

Saturday Morning we did a 20% water change and gave fish the first dose of Furan-2 by API. We plan to follow the directions and dose again tomorrow, followed by a 25% water change. Ammonia is now at 0.

Here are pictures. Is this hemorrhagic septicemia? Any other recommendations for saving our fish?

(First Pic is the Silver Arowana when we first noticed the condition on Thursday).
(Second and Third Pics are the Silver Arowana today).
(Fourth Pic is the fin of the Jardini with red lines in it).
(Fifth Pic is the cloudy slime coat of the Jardini).

The last picture shows you what these fish normally look like. I know the lighting is a little different but you can see that the Jardini has lost a lot of its color and the silver has very shiny clear scales normally. These were extremely healthy fish before this week. I'm hoping they're strong enough to pull through this!

Looks fungal might not be. The red fins is not good sign. Unless 100%

Temperature to 86 and maintain for a week or so. add some salt.

Doesn't look like scepticemia, you would see the boils on the jardini head appear.

Keep good water conditions.
