arowana's x 3 (both approx 27")

hey everybody! my husband bought 3 x arowana's about a month ago, last week one died. this morning the other 2 were just lying on their sides, what could be teh problem as he's very upset about this! they werent eating for the first 2 weeks but then started to come around. he fed them shrimps, live crickets, pellets, mussels everything their little hearts desired lol. any suggestions/ideas of what could've happened to them? the other fish in teh tank (2 x pengassuis and pleco's) are just fine.

Adding 8 feet of fish--literally--will shock you water quality. What is your testing, water change schedule, and tank size. Aros do not like change from what I've heard.

we've done the last water change friday the 8th, ph and nitrate is 100% we also had it tested at the petshop this morning. the tank size is 100" x 28" x 24", 2.5m long so its very big and thats the tank they came in when we bought it.
