Hey guys im new to the species of arownna,and would like to kno the growth rate of a silver arowanna,with water changes every week and a healthy diet.also whats the max size on something like this.seems like a intresting species.

between 2"-3" a month and depending on your tank size anywhere over 2ft

silvers will easily push the 14" - 16" mark in their first year with proper care and space provided, after that their growth slows down a bit but its still quite fast. As far as max size they can grow up to 48" but normally dont pass the 30" mark in home aquariums unless your running a ]V[onster tank.
