Atlanta Ga,
I have one silver just want to know can two get along are do I need three because the guy at my lfs told me that if you only had two the would bully one another is there any truth in that

I really dont know, but right now my bf has to silver's in a tank together about the same size and they are not picking on eachother, they are doing very well, both are about 7 inches and have been together from the tiny. I think if you get them when they are small together they should be fine, but if you get them at different times and ones much bigger then the other and they havent grown up with eachother, then prob yes. Thats just my own experience. My bf had 1 silver and 5 Jardinis once and the biggest Jardini left the silver alone but was very agressive against all the other Jardinis in the tank. ne ways hope that helps some.

here's our personal experience: received two silver aros as a gift, had them in a 75 gal together for a month. One day one had a large chunk outta him, didn't survive. That's how the other one received the name "killer". I have also heard stories of them being kept together...

As many as you want. How big is your tank? There's a memeber here who got like 4 or 5 aro in a 225g tank. And their all asian aro.

Jardinis are the real aggressive Aros. as long as there near the same size you should have no problem keeping a few or More together.

I have one he is about 14" the stock at my lfs they are like 10" should I get larger then the one I have already and my tank size is 256 gal

We had 3 big silvers but 2 paired up and picked on the other, but the other 2 lived happily even at 24-26".
I have a RTG and a Black that live happily together but I put a 10" silver in with an 12" Asian Red and the Red beat the crap out of the silver.

Each fishes' temperament is different
