arrowhead wont eat??!?~?~

hey guys

i just purchased an arrowhead puffer a few days along with some temensis bass....

this puffer just sits on the bottom all day and i put some feeders and cut up market shrimp and he just watches it pass by....

he wont eat anything!!!!

my bass on the other hand eat the feeders....

any ideas??
 
call the store and try to use what they did also was he in his own tank and does he now have mates? Also how long have you had him? whats the schedule for lights and of course water quality?
 
IMO, you shouldn't feed feeders to ANY fish but especially not a puffer.

well all the other fishes there that i asked about he said feeders...so im assuming its feeders...

yes he was in with another arrowhead...nows n a 180 with a bass, arrowana, rtc, ray....

had him for like almost a week?

lights come on at 6ish til 12 every day...

water quality is perfect...
 
I can guaratee you that suvattii will no doubt start taking chunks out of your other fish. Must be housed as a singleton!
