damn I cant stand this contamination I whent to get some stream substrate from a creek I thought about contamination but then remembered the frogs and salamanders that live there. so I went gathered some moss a rock and some substrate. I washed the rock placed the moss in the terrarium and boiled the substrate. as I boiled it I noticed some oil on the top of the water I had to throw it away. the moss and the rocks have let out a bit o f oil.
is there anything I can do to break it down?
im gonna toss the rock but keep the aquatic moss. luckily the terrarium is empty
