Artc or not?

It looks like one but then I have never seen a nice sized arc or one even one out of the water,for that matter.I also don't know of any other cats that have such tail coloring either.
 
The upper caudal fin is missing the extended ray , and the primary barbels are too short for it to be a Hemibagrus wyckioides .

The above fish looks to be Hemibagrus nemurus
 
Adipose fin is also different. Would have to agree not wyckioides.
 
Agree with the guys above. Not ARTC. Adipose alone is very clear in this. Does appear to be a Hemibagrus. Dr. Heok Hee Ng split up the Hemibagrus into 32 species rather recently. His name is Silurus on Planet Catfish. You can post there.
