This isn't a freshwater puffer or even a fish that is available in the trade, but I thought puffer enthusiasts (who appreciate the personality and intelligence of these fish) would find this video fascinating. The discovery was made a few years ago, but I only just recently saw it on the BBC's Planet Earth II.

That fish is a true artist. That's truly amazing. We humans don't give animals the credit they deserve. They are more than just mindless creatures surviving on instinct. This took some thought, more going on in their little fish brains then we realize

Mind blowing ! This is my second time time watching the highly intelligent Japanese Puffer construct that perfect unique attraction for a mate.
