what size did you get him at? and what size tank is he in? I see a big sponge filter in the tank, got any other filtration besides the sponge filter?

I got a lot of looky loos but no one complimented my fish and I am sad. :(

I got it at 9 inches about 3-4 years ago. BDR are true slow growers. It is in a 100 gallon truve tank. I got a sponge filter and an aquaclear HOB filter on it. I just picked up an eheim professional II Therma Filter and thinkin about adding that filter as well.
