Asain Green and Discus

Hi guys.
Looking to change the tank as i'm starting tio get bored and had a few unexplained deaths in recent months.
My Asain green seems to be thriving in the tank so was wondering if Discus would be a possiblity? I would be looking to buy the discus already big.
the Aro is prob about 12".

green aros IME are really aggressive, well at least mine is. my 9" killed any other tank mate that dwells within its path. specifically mid dwelling fishes. only my bichirs are spared from the aggression. might be worth a try doing so as it depends on individual fish.

It's hit or miss but worth a try if you want to spend/risk the money.
Personally I would much sooner add some BP's or something

I have three BP's and a red devil/midas with my Jardini, nothing else that I've tried survived.
My biggest concern would be the discuss getting stressed out
