asian aro tankmates

I don't know how many members here own an asian aro but do you think discus is a good tankmate for an asian aro?

Seen a few set ups like that before mostly in planted tanks. It really depends on the temperment of your aro. It can be magnificent if u can pull it off.

if u're getting a small aro then try it with larger sized discus at first.

If its a med sized or larger aro try it with other cheaper tankmates before adding discus. Not worth risking an expensive fish.

Not all aros are good tankmates so be on the lookout for aggressive behaviour.
