I crash at the K-Pg
The WC itself can be quite stressful, especially when your aro is still that small. Did you match water temps? How violently was the water added? How big is the tank and what filtration are you using? That's important as you may have accidentally crashed the cycle. What are the water parameters testing to right now?

We need quite a bit more information from you in order to be able to answer your questions, unfortunately.

Also, I'll be moving this thread to Freshwater Diseases and Health Issues

He is on the top of the water like gasping for air.

My tank size is 4x2x2 i am using top filter an a sponge filter i added de chlorine will he be fine?

Nitrate and ammonia is 0

Water temp droped by 1degree celcius during water change
