HI Guys, I know asian arowanas are illegal to purchase in the usa. I found a website that says they are located domestically and breed in the usa. Is it a scam? Thanks guys. Here is their website.

The site almost seems like a joke with those bargain basement prices for Asian aros......but anyway,real or not they are not legal in the U.S.I call scam.
 
Ya I just wanted some input. The prices are too goo to be true and they say they are domestic breeders, that would be illegal correct? Also the person respondings by email very fast. within 5 minutes so it seems off.
 
Funny how they say their credit card system is down so you have to use western union! $100 for an asian arowana!! Hahaha. Plus the website is riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes. Scam scam scam!!
 
Yes,breeding them would also be illegal since one would need the two illegal parent fish to start with.
 
Haha ya I saw that. Like dont put you accept CC but say your processor is broken. Ive been testing him with many questions about CC payment and he seems dodgy. Saying its down right now and doesnt know when it will be back up. I think their website says theyre located in florida or something.

Yes, that is correct. Asian arowanas are illegal in the US no if's, and's, or but's. I'm going to go play with them for a while! The more I waste their time the less people they can scam!

once i said i wanna pay with CC so i dont get scammed and I asked could they send me anything or do something to show me they are reputable. They stopped responding lol.
 
Too bad they stopped responding,I was going to suggest asking for photos of their Florida breeding facility.
