Increase temp to 80, 81 - if you have not done this already.
May be the foods you are feeding it, is not what it was fed prior your ownership.
How big is it now?
If you want it to be pellet trained, thats a different subject. As for now, just feed it what it will take...in order to be comfortable within your care. Starving it is not going to help it feel comfortable.

Its about 25 cm big, i have tried, shrimps, maggots, zhoborbas, crickets, live fish.

my temp is already 80-82... and i dont want it to be pellet trained for now, i just wanna that he eat something...

what should i do?

An option - try dosing a few pieces of shrimp with Seachem's Garlic Guard or the like. Help stimulate appetite.
Most important - be patient.

In the future, try avoiding live foods like feeder fishes.

he should start eating soon. 2 WEEKS is getting to the point where he should eat soon. Give him time, it takes quite a while for the aro to get use to the diff water.

Was it eating when you purchased it?

What are the water parameters?

Are you running a cycled filtration system on this tank?

Any tank mates?

Sorry for asking these questions, but aros can and will stop eating when water quality is compromised.
