I'm a little confused by this coming up free world raffle, like how us that live in the states are gonna participate. Are they starting to relegalize asian arowanas? I saw a thread on some site, thought it was this one, bout legalizing them, but i forgot to read it. Can someone fill me in? Or is everyone in the US gonna be exempt from this raffle?
