most likely they get them from black market or sneak them in from Mexico or Canada!

Direct answer to your question, ...Yes, you can buy any and all asian aros you want to buy. The problem lies in that once bought, it's illegal to import it/them into the US, transport it/them across state lines, or possess it/them. Ergo, why bother with the purchase in the 1st place?
