Guys have him in a 55 with an oscar. He was in a 30 but didnt last the night cuz he was beating up on a clown loach and was getting into it with the acara. The plan is to move all of my fish into a 150 (oscar, yellow acara, honduran red point, and clown loach) is there a chance this aggression will continue or will the extra space be enough for him to leave everyone alone.

It's probably aggressive because they live in groups. A lot of shoaling/schooling fish are aggressive when kept on their own.

I read that they are even worse to there own species

You're having the same problem as me jaws! My bb keep trying to get intimate with my electric blue acara :). Some weird hybrids that would be :screwy:. Mines just been getting more and more aggressive but I don't have the space for a shoal so I just have to deal with it.

I have him with an oscar that is a Nasty s.o.b so they basically get along ok.

Dive I blame this on you....ot was the pics of yours that made me want him ! Lol
If it doesnt work out in the 150 hes outta here

Lol! Could always get him his own tank, I'm considering putting mine in his own 20 tall.

I guess so but really wanted to cut down the jumber of running tanks to 1 ....for a little while atleast lmao
