would i be able to put an asian red tail catfish and a couple of oscars together without any problems. also i need to know what other types of catfish i can put in with oscars.

When I had my RTC he grew up with like, 7 other fish.
He never ever tried eating any of them, even though he could of easily.
Any other fish I tried throwing in there though, he ate.
I put two 10 inch Balas in there and he ate BOTH of them.
I put a HUGE african cichlid in there and he ate it.
Even though I alread had an Arican in there around that size.
I guess he just knew they where friends and not food.

ASIAN RTC ARE WAY AGGRESSIVE. DONT BELIEVE ANYONE WHO HASNT KEPT ONE. HAD A 10" TRY TO EAT MY FH'S FINS EVERY NIGHT. HAD A CHUNK TAKEN OUT MY FINGER AT CLEANING TIME TOO. DONT GET AS LARGE AS SA RTC BUT WAY MORE AGGRESSIVE.
I had a 3" RTC with a 3" Electric Blue Hap. Was growing them both out in a 33 gallon (they were going into different tanks of course). I guess I waited too long. The electric blue would actually try 'lip locking' with the red tail. Kept pushing him on the mouth, and the RTC would always turn around and run. One day, the RTC had a REALLY full belly...He must have only been around 4-4.5", and the electric blue not much bigger than the original 3".
